CLARIS is an independent consultancy dedicated to Business and Digital Transformation.

Sylvain Le Nay is an independent consultant passionate with organization transformation and digital transformation. Prior to creating Claris, Sylvain has been involved in numerous high profile business transformations and digital transformations in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia where business process excellence and IT automated best practices were combined to deliver performance, desired outcomes, overall customer satisfaction and increased profit margin. Sylvain has a proven experience in enabling business transformation across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance functional domains.

Greg Parker is a consultant with a wealth of experience enabling him to quickly identify business benefits at the digital layer. Based in Melbourne Greg has worked across numerous sectors, and has a history of supporting global business models that extended into Asia, India, USA, UK, NZ, and across Australia. Greg leverages this broad technical and business diversity to recognise, plan, and lead improvements across the IT Service Value Chain. Driven by a people first philosophy, fuelled by mature agile principles and cadences, Greg is easily recognised as an enabler of business transformation through IT Strategy and Dev/Ops practices.
